Hyde Park xmas fayre

Postby andy-webb » Wed Sep 02, 2009 1:03 pm

Hi All

I will try this one last time. On Friday 11th Dec 09 I am booking a coach to take Instructors their family's and friends to do a tour of the xmas lights in London and then onto Hyde Park for the xmas fayre. Planned departure is Queensbury Tube Station at 18.00 returning at 22.30.

For your information, the company I book the coach from I actually work for on a ad hoc basis and I pay for the coach by doing jobs in liu of payment on the day. When I have to cancel the jobs at very very very very very very very very short notice I have to pay a cancellation fee, the Great Yarmouth cancellation cost me at 03.00 job down to Dover finishing at 17.00. A 15 hour day at NO PAY. Also my wife will be well enough to go further to that she WANTS to go.

It would be nice to get every instructor out for the night. You have plenty or notice to plan pupils, so please no excuses and if you say your going, PLEASE COME.

The cost will be £10 per person. Please place your names below to confirm attendance.

Thanks

Andy

Put us down for that. And my aplogies for those that let us down at the last minute last time, I hope this doesn't happen again.
I get Instructors saying to me that they would like to meet all the others instead of waving as they go past.
SO, now is your chance guys!

I am sorry about last time - got my dates muddled. I want to be there, I am out that day but I hope to be back by 6:00 pm. I will check what time I will get back and if okay then I will have two seats. 8-)
