Pothole

We hit a pothole, offside front. burst tyre and bent alloy wheel. I took a photo of the pothole "crater" phoned barnet highways and got put through to Insurance department. Was given an incident number, they took the location and said they would inspect it. I will have to send in an email with all details to the email address they gave me and they will advise me of the outcome.

In the meantime I have asked C A Cars whom I lease from to find out if they will cover it, was told they'll ring me back.
Now doing lessons with no spare, boy am I watching out for potholes now.

As I thought C A Cars totally not Interested!
I guess we put it down to accidental damage, I will be claiming for this through Barnet Highways Insurance department, I just thought that perhaps C A Cars would follow the claim but No!

As I'm on the phone to them I'm told my contract ends next week, and they are not renewing my contract.
I think it's due to an incident when my car had to go in for an engine fault, which by the way was a pre approved repair.
They actually put a new engine in under warranty. I had to go to Wimbledon to pick up a spare car on a Saturday afternoon,
when I got there I found the car had damage on the nearside wheel arch. Paperwork in the glove box ie, inspection sheet, clearly showed the damage. Itried to phone them and tell them of the damage but no answer.

When the car went back I then received an invoice for the repair to the damage, I phoned them and argued the toss, told them to look at thier copy of the Inspection sheet, would you believe they came back to me and said that wasn't the damage on the sheet.!!!!

I am so pissed off with this company!!
